Personal Fitness Training (SF Bay Area)
Having a strong, healthy body is one of the greatest gifts a woman can give herself. Unfortunately finding the time, motivation and energy to achieve this is often nonexistent. One of the first steps to creating a healthy body is by making a personal commitment to yourself, and once that has been made, Be A Fit Mama can then begin working with you and bring a positive change in your overall physical health.
To begin any fitness program, you will first need to complete a comprehensive health and fitness assessment. These forms will be sent to by email or fax after you have scheduled your initial consultation and will include information regarding your health history, exercise history, goals, exercise preferences and more. The initial consultation will last approximately 1-hour and 15 minutes and will consist of a discussion of your fitness success plan, the assessment of your current fitness level and an introductory training session.
Personal Fitness Training sessions usually consist of a warm-up, strength and/or cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and cool down. Every session is customized to your current ability, fitness level and goals. Each session is progressive and new and more challenging exercises will be introduced as you increase in strength, range of motion and endurance. All personal fitness training sessions are done in the comfort of your home or a gym/fitness facility of your choosing.
