to achieve this is often nonexistent. One of the first steps to creating a healthy body is by making a personal commitment to yourself, and once that has been made, Kenya can then become
your fitness coach and bring a positive change in your overall physical health.
To begin any fitness program with Kenya, you will first need to complete a comprehensive health and fitness assessment. These forms will be
sent to by email or fax and will include information regarding your health history, exercise history, goals, exercise preferences and more. Once all the materials have been submitted,
Kenya will evaluate your information and schedule a consultation amongst the two of you. The initial consultation will last approximately 90 minutes and will consist of a discussion of
your fitness success plan, the assessment of your current fitness level and an introductory training session. You may also schedule a consultation that does not include the initial
session. This free to all potential clients.
Personal Training sessions usually consist of a warm-up, strength and/or cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and cool down. Every
session is customized to your current ability, fitness level and goals. Each session is progressive and new and more challenging exercises will be introduced as you increase in strength,
range of motion and endurance. All personal training sessions are done in the comfort of your home or a gym/fitness facility of your choosing.
