Who says you have to join a gym to look and feel your best?!
Join Be A Fit Mama Founder, Kenya Moses in this 4-week at-home workout, nutrition and mindfulness plan to propel you into exercising more regularly, feeling stronger, longer, and maybe even lose an inch or two.
Kenya will incorporate movement modalities such as pilates, yoga, strength training and dance to keep you motivated and your body moving.
Here’s what you get during the Challenge:
- 4 Workout Videos every week, on alternate days. Don’t worry! Kenya will tell exactly what to do on the days you don’t have a video.
- A Mindfulness meditation or action video at the start of each week
- A Healthy Eating Nutrition Guideline to support you during the 4-Weeks, plus
- Weekly group check-in calls with Kenya to talk about your successes, challenges and how to increase the heat! Don’t worry if you are unable to make these calls; they will be recorded.
