Kenya Moses is known
for her ability to work with individuals on a personal
level. She is an exercise biologist, fitness consultant,
coach, dancer and mother. Kenya has always had a passion
for dance and working with the body, so it was only
natural for her to choose a career in the health and
fitness industry.
Kenya studied at
the University of California where she pursued degrees
in Music, Dramatic Arts, Business and Exercise Biology.
She was certified as a personal trainer in 1998 and has
since then continued to increase education through
conferences and seminars through top fitness
organizations such as the IDEA and ACE. Kenya is also
the president of Body Works Dance & Fitness, LLC, a
local bay area company that provides fitness and dance
camps and workshops throughout the bay area. She
also manages the company's wholesale and retail outlet;
mYoga.
Currently as a
fitness consultant, Kenya works primarily with women.
She has created a successful business located in the San
Francisco Bay Area, and continues to create educational
and effective programs for her clients.
Kenya's mission is
to educate women about creating healthy lifestyles in
fun and natural ways. She has dedicated her life to
health and fitness and will continue to strive for
excellence in herself as well as her clients.
