One-on-One Personal Training

Having a strong, healthy body is one of the greatest gifts a woman can give herself. Unfortunately finding the time, motivation and energy to achieve this is often nonexistent. One of the first steps to creating a healthy body is by making a personal commitment to yourself, and once that has been made, Kenya can then become your fitness coach and bring a positive change in your overall physical health.

To begin any fitness program with Kenya, you will first need to complete a comprehensive health and fitness assessment, along with an initial consultation.  This process
will last approximately  90 minutes and will consist of a discussion of your fitness success plan, the assessment of your current fitness level and an introductory training session.

Personal Training sessions usually consist of a warm-up, strength and/or cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and cool down. Every session is customized to your current ability, fitness level and goals. Each session is progressive and new and more challenging exercises will be introduced as you increase in strength, range of motion and endurance. All personal training sessions are done in the comfort of your home or a gym/fitness facility of your choosing.
