Kenya Moses’ Be A Fit Mama online personal training program is designed specifically
with you in mind. Whether you are wanting to lose weight, build strength, tone, increase flexibility or get your pre-baby body back, I can help you! Although we will not see each other in-person, the online personal training program will keep you motivated, inspired and excited to reach your goals. The online personal training program is designed for women throughout the world, so you do not need to reside in the San Francisco Bay Area to work with me.

Your Online Personal Training program includes the following:
Initial Consultation and Step-by-step Body Assessment - We will begin by having you complete a health and fitness questionnaire so that we can determine your needs, goals, strengths and weaknesses. This information allows me to provide you with customized workouts and nutritional guidance. You will also complete a body assessment so that we can document your success (FYI - I will never ask for you weight!).
Complete Weekly Workouts - Every week you will receive a complete (and customized) program of exercises. You will have access to the necessary videos, photos and written instruction to help guide you through each exercise. As you progress, your program will challenge you more and help you get that much closer to reaching your goal. You will also be instructed on how to incorporate cardiovascular exercise into your routine.
Nutritional Guidance - As a health coach I provide all my clients with the skills and knowledge to make healthy decisions in their nutrition. Although I will provide you with detailed instructions regarding certain aspects of your diet, I will not put you on an eating “plan” or regimented diet. I believe the important part of changing our bodies is by listening to what feels right within us, and teaching ourselves what is best for us. Your nutrition is crucial to your success in any health and fitness program; so you can be assured that you will have the proper guidance to achieve your goals.
Monthly Health & Fitness Check-ins (Assessments) - The regular tracking of your success is extremely important; not just for motivation, but for morale as well. Women’s bodies are special and change day-t0-day. By having monthly check-ins with our body and minds, we will be able to look at the greater picture of your progress; make necessary adjustments to your program and keep you on track to succeed.
