Personal Fitness Training
Having a strong, healthy body is one of the greatest gifts a woman can give herself. Unfortunately finding the time, motivation and energy to achieve this is often nonexistent. One of the first steps to creating a healthy body is by making a personal commitment to yourself, and once that has been made, Be A Fit Mama can then begin working with you and bring a positive change in your overall physical health.
To begin any fitness program, you will first need to complete a comprehensive health and fitness assessment. These forms will be sent to by email or fax after you have scheduled your initial consultation and will include information regarding your health history, exercise history, goals, exercise preferences and more. The initial consultation will last approximately 1-hour and 15 minutes and will consist of a discussion of your fitness success plan, the assessment of your current fitness level and an introductory training session.
Personal Fitness Training sessions usually consist of a warm-up, strength and/or cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and cool down. Every session is customized to your current ability, fitness level and goals. Each session is progressive and new and more challenging exercises will be introduced as you increase in strength, range of motion and endurance. All personal training sessions are done in the comfort of your home or a gym/fitness facility of your choosing.

Be A Fit Mama Policies:
Initial Payment(s) to your Be A Fit Mama account is due on the day of contract signing by cash/check. All subsequent payments, may be made by credit card, cash or check. There is a $15 service fee for all checks not honored by your financial institution.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
24 hour notice must be given for all personal training and nutrition consulting appointment cancellations/reschedules. If 24 hour notice is not given, you will be billed (or a deduction will be made from your sessions account) the full amount for the session.
We ask that cancellations for consultations be made at least 2-hours in advance.
Refunds:
Be A Fit Mama will provide a refund to any client who follows the program created for them without receiving the results discussed. Refunds will not be given for any other reason. Service satisfaction is guaranteed!
