Deemed tedious and boring, many exercise enthusiasts just cannot seem to incorporate it into their workout routines. What many do not realize is that by neglecting cardio exercise they can in fact, be hindering the success of their program.
Engaging your body in cardio exercise has many benefits, including increased heart and lung capacity, the reduction of stress, weight-loss, the increase in bone density, more energy and better sleep patterns. In a nutshell; cardio is good for you.
