Q: Kenya, I really enjoy a cup (or two) of coffee throughout my day, but I’ve also noticed a lot women drinking energy drinks… Which one is better for me to have during the day?

The short answer to this is: coffee. But here’s a little more info..
The amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee (black) will give you at most 4-5 hours of energy. Most energy drinks are made up of sugars that will give you a burst of energy, but will later cause you to experience an energy crash. Another reason to choose coffee over an energy drink is in that coffee contains antioxidants that recent research suggests may enhance short-term memory and help protect against dementia.
