I am Kenya Moses; super busy mama of two boys under the age of 24 months, a certified fitness consultant, sports nutritionist and dancer. I have been teaching men and women of all ages how to lead healthy, fit lives for over a decade and absolutely love every minute. After the birth of my first son, Nicholai, I made the decision to focus on teaching women, who just like myself, were experiencing for the first (or multiple) time the miracles of pregnancy and the struggles of returning to the body we so once fostered. With that in mind, I created Be A Fit Mama™ (BFM).
Be A Fit Mama™ is a personal fitness training company, group/boot camp, distance learning workout group and support community all in one. It is dedicated to helping women of all ages, shapes and sizes stay fit throughout their lives and have fun during the process.
