To begin your fitness program with Be A Fit Mama™, you will first need to complete a comprehensive health and fitness assessment, along with an initial online consultation. This process will consist of a discussion of your fitness success plan and the assessment of your current fitness level.
Personal Training sessions will consist of a warm-up, strength and/or cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and cool down. Every session is customized to your current ability, fitness level and goals. Each session is progressive and new and more challenging exercises will be introduced as you increase in strength, range of motion and endurance.
