What to Expect

Camp BFM is a fun, yet challenging experience! Our goal is to inspire you to reach your fitness goals no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Camp BFM’s mission is to guide you the right way, to instill confidence and help you reach all of your goals!

All camps are 50 minutes in duration. Mon- Fri for 4-weeks (2,4 and 5-days a week options are available).

Camp BFM is made for women by a woman! It is challenging and it is Fun!
These 4-week programs are designed to transform your body and your mind!

Camp BFM is designed for women of all fitness levels! You will be encouraged always, and you will NEVER be challenged beyond your ability! There is no competition, only teamwork! No matter your fitness level, you will find yourself challenged and having fun!

So How Do You Get Started?

STEP ONE: REGISTER NOW FOR Camp BFM

STEP TWO: Pre-boot camp evaluation. This simple and painless evaluation takes only 15-20 minutes and is imperative so that we can compare your 4 week body composition results! You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Ask any questions you need answered
  • Learn your medical statistics, accurate weight, measurements, and body fat composition.
  • You will learn all the specifics of camp and we will learn your specific goals.

STEP THREE: Attend your fun and exciting Camp BFM every day you’ve committed to!

  • Wear comfortable clothes and running shoes.
  • Bring 5-8 lb. dumbbell weights, an exercise mat, a water bottle (with water in it), and a hand towel
  • Have a great time and achieve great results!

Camp BFM (Be A Fit Mama) specializes in fitness boot camps for women in the California, East Bay Area. Camp BFM is dedicated to providing fun, yet challenging fitness camps for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. Founded and operated by a woman, Camp BFM represents over a decade of experience training women’s bodies safely and effectively. Joining a Camp BFM means gaining results in how your mind and body feels and look.
