Youth Programs

The Be A Fit Mama, Inc. Youth Health and Fitness Program is an integrated curriculum that brings nutritional and physical fitness education together to female youth between the ages of 10 and 21. Young women can benefit tremendously from learning accurate food, nutrition, conscious living/mindfulness and fitness information as well as learning how to use this knowledge. Using this information will improve their overall health and fitness levels and may reduce their risks of developing life-threatening illnesses later in life, not to mention the emotional capacity to persevere through life challenges.
