It’s week 6 of my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Fitness Program and I am feeling great! I’ve lost a total of 6 pounds thus far and inches around my waist and hips. Not too bad…
So now that I’ve completed half of my program, my energy is soaring and everyday gets easier and easier. My little boys are definitely keeping me busy and I am looking forward to everyday. I know it won’t be long before all the weight I would like to lose will be gone!
