Happy Monday Mamas!
I’m in week 4 of my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Fitness program and i’m feeling pretty good. My body is making noticible changes and I even had someone make a comment on how good I’m looking! Now of course I still have weight to lose, but it’s always nice to get a compliment or two
I’m keeping myself busy and focusing on getting the weight off. The numbers haven’t plummeted just yet, but they will soon.
