
Personally, I choose to cleanse my body for 1-week on a quarterly basis. I typically start during the first two weeks of the New Year, again in April, June and September. I call my detox the Be A Fit Mama Clean Eating Detox, because it’s exactly what it sounds like: Clean Eating. So now that it is January of the new year, it is time for me to embark on my first cleanse of the year. Over the course of the next week, I will share with you my experience, the process and hopefully provide you with valuable insight should you decide to incorporate a clean eating detox/cleanse into your life.
