
- Being “stuck” is a perception. What part of your thinking is focused on the “what-ifs” and negative possibilities?
- Are you operating on unexamined preconceived notions? Such as, assuming you won’t lose weight because excess belly fat runs in the family?
- How often do you allow yourself to enjoy the process of changing your health and fitness? The more you engage in activities that feel good to you, the more likely you will continue on your journey and successfully reach your goals. Don’t go at it alone! Work out with a friend(s), make meals with your partner and family, or hire a professional to motivate and support you
If you keep these 3 things in mind, you might just get past those periods of stagnation. Trust yourself and your ability to make the changes you desire, and there is no way you won’t succeed!
