Personal Fitness Training

Having a strong, healthy body is one of the greatest gifts a woman can give herself. Unfortunately finding the time, motivation and energy to achieve this is often nonexistent. One of the first steps to creating a healthy body is by making a personal commitment to yourself, and once that has been made, Kenya can then become your fitness coach and bring a positive change in your overall physical health.

To begin any fitness program with Kenya, you will first need to complete a comprehensive health and fitness assessment, along with an initial consultation. This process will last approximately 90 minutes and will consist of a discussion of your fitness success plan, the assessment of your current fitness level and an introductory training session.

Personal Training sessions usually consist of a warm-up, strength and/or cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and cool down. Every session is customized to your current ability, fitness level and goals. Each session is progressive and new and more challenging exercises will be introduced as you increase in strength, range of motion and endurance. All personal training sessions are done in the comfort of your home or a gym/fitness facility of your choosing.

Fitness Training (In-Home)

30 Minute Free Consultation: During this 30 minute meeting with Kenya, you will discuss your current needs and goals and determine whether working with Kenya is a good fit.

30 Minute Consultation + 45 Minute Session: This consultation includes a 1 hour session with Kenya. She will make an assessment of your current fitness level and discuss with you what course of actions should be taken in regards to your fitness program. $80 Add to Cart

1 Personal Fitness Session: This option is encouraged only if you are currently on a regimented fitness program and need the occasional support of a trainer. This is not suggested for individuals who are just starting a fitness program. $90 Add to Cart

6 Personal Fitness Sessions: This series of sessions is great for individuals just starting a fitness program. With this package you will meet with Kenya 1-2 times per week. This package must be used within 6 weeks of purchase. $510 Add to Cart

12 Personal Fitness Sessions: This package is designed for the individuals who is ready to take their fitness to the next level. With this package you will meet with Kenya 2-4 times per week. This package must be used within 8 weeks of purchase. $960 Add to Cart

Semi-Private Fitness Training

Semi-private fitness training is designed in the same manner as one-on-one personal fitness training, but allows 2-4 people. $40/person Add to Cart

Custom Program

The Be A Fit Mama Custom Program is catered to the individual who needs guidance in both physical fitness and nutrition. The Custom Program includes 1-2 weekly fitness training appointments, nutrition plans, plus unlimited phone and email support. All Custom Programs are designed in 6 week increments. $970 Add to Cart

Camp BFM (aka Boot Camp)

Camp BFM is a 4 week women’s only fitness camp that is intensive and will surely make a big impact on your fitness endeavors. Choose between the Women’s All Level Bootcamp, Bridal Boot Camp and Transformation Boot Camp. These camps are currently only available in Alameda, CA. The next camp is scheduled to begin April 26, 2010. Sign-ups will begin February 1, 2010. www.campbfm.com
